You will be working with several team members within different departments, and the founders directly. You will develop a global understanding and an in-depth expertise to deliver key sales strategies that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success:
As the first Business Development department employee, you will work directly with Kheireddine, one of the co-founders in charge of the Business for the company. You will also work closely with the different other teams (communication, marketing, etc.) in order to create synergies and diversify your missions and scope.
Responsibilities & missions:
● Define the sales strategy and processes for the company
● Develop your pipeline by warm-calling / emailing / carefully qualifying our members
● Engage with decision-makers from the company's partnership pipeline (lifestyle, services associated to the card)
● Help closing investment deals to be offered within the company's investment section
● Become the main contact of reference to make sure Marketing, Customer Care and Product teams can rely on your feedback from the sales frontline
● Recruit future sales members and train them to grow and become sharper
● Establish KPI and Tracks to be applied and then followed by the rest of the future team
● Manage and report performances on a weekly basis for the company's sales department activity
● Educate members and work on an ambassador program to organically grow the company's database
● Define and develop new acquisition channels for the company's expansion in European countries
Profil recherché
Preferred profile and experience:
● You are passionate about sales and have a good knowledge of the B2B/B2C processes
● You are equipped with a strong analytical mindset and have excellent relationship building skills
● French and English (spoken and written) are a no-brainer for you
● You have at least 3 years of work experience as a business developer or account manager. Ideally in a fast pace, high growth environment
● You have a good knowledge of Excel and very strong analytical skills
● Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace
● Ease at pitching and exceptional communication and negotiation skills with business owners, experienced entrepreneurs and sharp leaders
● You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better everyday to reach excellence
● You have a strong capacity for adaptation, organization, autonomy and love the world of start-ups and are prepared to roll your sleeves up!
